These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Innersync platform, including the Alphapy Discord bot and the Alphapy Dashboard (collectively, the "Service"), provided by:

Alphapy is a Discord bot that provides guild management features including automated reminders, member onboarding flows, support ticket management, auto-moderation rules, FAQ management, and slash command automation. The Alphapy Dashboard is a web interface for guild administrators to configure and monitor these features.

The Service is provided as-is. Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time without prior notice.

You may use the Service if:

• You are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required by Discord's Terms of Service in your jurisdiction).
• Your use complies with Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• You have the authority to add the bot to a Discord server you manage.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation, including Belgian and EU law.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other Discord users.
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or mass automated content.
• Distribute malware, phishing content, or illegal material.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service infrastructure.
• Circumvent any rate limits, access controls, or security measures.
• Impersonate Innersync, Alphapy, or any other person or entity.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove access for any guild or user that violates these terms, without prior notice.

If you add Alphapy to a Discord server you administer, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring your server members are informed that the bot collects the data described in our Privacy Policy.
• Configuring the bot in a manner consistent with your server's rules and applicable law.
• Not using the bot to collect or process sensitive personal data without appropriate consent.

Innersync may offer paid premium features in the future. When premium plans become publicly available, separate pricing terms and payment conditions will be published and will supplement these Terms. No charges will be applied without your explicit consent.

We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee any specific level of uptime or availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, third-party outages (including Railway, Supabase, or Discord), or circumstances outside our control. We are not liable for any loss arising from Service downtime.

All code, branding, and content of the Innersync platform and Alphapy bot are the property of Bryan D'Haen / Innersync. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

Content you submit through the Service (reminder texts, FAQ entries, etc.) remains yours. You grant Innersync a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process that content solely to operate the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted under Belgian law, Innersync and Bryan D'Haen shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from Service interruptions.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Actions taken by Discord or changes to Discord's platform that affect the Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud, as required by Belgian law.

You may stop using the Service at any time by removing the Alphapy bot from your Discord server and deleting your dashboard account.

We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if you violate these Terms or if the Service is discontinued. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with the retention periods described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Belgium.

Before initiating formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at support@innersync.tech to resolve the matter informally.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Innersync Discord server or this page, with at least 14 days' notice before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
